User Data Deletion Instructions

1. Overview & Regulatory Compliance

Adsenly respects your privacy and rights under global data protection frameworks, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and the Meta Platform Terms regarding User Data Deletion.

If you created an account on Adsenly using Email, Google Login, or Facebook Login, you have the right to request the permanent deletion of all personal data associated with your account at any time.

2. What Data We Hold

Depending on how you use Adsenly, our systems may store the following user records in our secure PostgreSQL database:

Profile Information: Your full name, email address, profile avatar image, and account role.
OAuth Connections: Unique account identifiers and OAuth tokens for Google or Facebook (used solely to authenticate your login).
Session & Activity: Active browser session tokens, device user agents, and IP addresses.
Order & Content History: Submitted article keywords, guidelines, niche selections, and custom editorial drafts.
Credit Ledger: Historical credit purchase amounts, credit usage transactions, and remaining balance.
Communication Preferences: Notification settings and contact inquiry history.

3. How to Request Data Deletion (Instructions)

To initiate the deletion of your personal data and account, simply send an email request from your registered email address to our support team, or submit an inquiry through our Contact page.

Body Information: Please include your full registered name, your account email, and specify whether you used Email/Password, Google, or Facebook to sign in.
Alternative Method: You can also use our public Contact form at https://adsenly.com/contact with the category set to 'General Inquiry' and specify 'Data Deletion Request' in the subject.

Important Security Notice

To protect account holders against unauthorized sabotage or fraudulent deletion requests, all requests must be submitted directly from the email address registered with the account. We will verify ownership before proceeding.

4. Processing Timeline & Deletion Scope

Upon receipt of your email, our team will verify your identity within 48 to 72 business hours and proceed with the deletion:

Account Authentication Purge: Your user profile, password hashes, and linked Google or Facebook OAuth tokens are permanently deleted from our database.
Session Invalidation: All active authentication sessions are instantly revoked across all devices.
Preference Removal: Notification settings, contact preferences, and web push subscriptions are cleared.
Confirmation: You will receive a final confirmation email informing you that your personal information and account records have been permanently expunged.

5. How to Remove Adsenly from Facebook Directly

If you logged into Adsenly using Facebook Login and wish to remove Adsenly's access to your Facebook account immediately without waiting for support, you can revoke access directly through Facebook:

1. Log in to your Facebook account and click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
2. Select 'Settings & Privacy', then click 'Settings'.
3. In the left navigation menu, click 'Apps and Websites'.
4. Find 'Adsenly' in the list of active apps.
5. Click the 'Remove' button next to Adsenly.
6. Confirm the removal. Facebook will immediately stop providing any profile or authentication data to Adsenly.

6. Legal & Financial Record Retention

In compliance with applicable corporate tax, anti-fraud, and accounting legislation, completed financial invoices and transaction reference numbers must be retained in our archive for mandatory statutory retention periods (typically up to 7 years).

All personal marketing data, OAuth authorization tokens, and active profiles are completely erased. Any retained financial receipts remain locked in compliance archives strictly for tax auditing.
