By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using any part of Adsenly, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the platform.

To order articles or access member features, you must create an account. You agree to provide an accurate email address and keep your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, please notify us immediately through our Contact page.

You must not abuse our service, attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or databases, reverse-engineer the platform, or use Adsenly for any unlawful purpose.

Adsenly operates as a human content writing service. Articles are researched and written by human writers rather than generated by automated AI writing tools.

When submitting an article order, you are responsible for providing clear topic guidelines, target keywords, preferred word count, and any niche-specific instructions.

Delivered articles are made available in your dashboard upon completion. You have full commercial ownership and publishing rights to any accepted article delivered through your paid orders.

You are responsible for reviewing all content prior to publishing it on your website. While we perform thorough editorial and factual checks, website publishers remain solely responsible for the final material they host on their domains.

Adsenly operates on an upfront credit system. Users purchase credit packages, which are then used to place article orders of varying word counts and requirements.

Payments are processed securely through our verified payment integrations (including UPI and supported card methods). A payment is credited to your account only after verification.

Official invoices with unique invoice numbers are automatically generated for verified payments and can be viewed or downloaded as PDF files from your Billing dashboard.

Account credits are non-transferable between different user accounts and should only be used to place orders on Adsenly.

Our AI Content Detector is provided as an analytical utility to evaluate text patterns, perplexity, and repetition heuristics.

Results produced by the AI detector are statistical estimates and probabilistic indicators. They should not be treated as absolute, legal, or definitive proof of how a given text was produced.

You agree not to scrape, automate bulk submissions, or intentionally flood the detector service in a way that degrades performance for other users.

We reserve the right to temporarily restrict or terminate accounts that engage in payment fraud, abusive chargebacks, malicious attacks, or repeated violations of these Terms.

In the event of an account restriction, our team will communicate the reason and review legitimate inquiries submitted through our Contact page.

Adsenly is an independent service platform. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google LLC or Google AdSense.

While our content is crafted to adhere to high editorial standards and publisher quality guidelines, we do not guarantee third-party outcomes such as Google AdSense approval or specific search rankings.

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect platform improvements or regulatory requirements. Changes become effective once published on this page with an updated date.
